The Nylon material is tight and adds great back support during squats and deadlifts.
These are long-lasting belts that can be purchased in multiple colors. Getting this belt is worth the investment.
I use these to warm up my glutes before doing hip thrusts or squats. They are heavy duty and do not lose shape easily.
Completing deadlifts has become so much easier after using straps. I don’t know how I went so long without using them.
This pad is super comfy and even comes with a travel strap.
Jump roping is great as a warmup or full cardio workout. I try to jump rope for 10 mins before a jog to get my heart pumping.
